Relatch turns uploaded documents — including domain-specific content such as legal and medical documents — into structured AI context files. Outputs produced by Relatch's AI enrichment pipeline are generated automatically and are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Using Relatch does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional-advisory relationship between you and Relatch. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always have a qualified professional review any AI-generated output before relying on it for a legal, medical, financial, or other regulated purpose.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The Relatch name, logo, and visual identity are the property of the Relatch team. You may not use them without our prior written permission. This is separate from ownership of your own uploaded content and generated outputs, which is addressed in our Terms of Service (Section 6).

5. Third-Party Content & Copyright Notices

Relatch does not review uploaded documents for copyright ownership before processing. If you believe a document processed through Relatch infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at relatchh@gmail.com with:

We will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action, which may include removing associated data.
